The fitness trainer Eduard Kanevsky called the three main dangers of fitness marathons. His words are given by Moscow 24.

The first thing the expert drew attention to is the marathons do not take into account the individual needs of a person. Kanevsky noted that they can be dangerous for people with high blood pressure and with problems from the musculoskeletal system.

Another danger is the lack of control by the coach. The specialist explained that due to the abundance of participants in marathons, coaches have no physical opportunity to correct and adjust the technique of performing movements in a particular person.

“Thirdly, and this is the most unpleasant: as soon as a person ceases to participate in the marathon, even if he has achieved a serious result, without harming his health, further motivation to engage in,” Kanevsky said. According to him, marathons are not the best way to teach yourself regularly.

Previously, Kanevsky called Berpi among the exercises that will allow us to train effectively with a lack of time. He noted that the newcomers can be given hard, so it is worth starting from slow execution.
