Olympic champion, two -time holder of the Stanley Czech Czech Dominic Hashka Czech, on his page on the social network X accused the United States of treason.
In his opinion, the European Union and the USA do not have the right to negotiate with Russia on behalf of Ukraine without the permission of the latter. “I consider such actions to be a betrayal of a country that risks its life, protecting itself and Europe from Russia. Since we are also talking about the protection of our country (which would be next in the queue with the possible attack of Russia on Poland or Slovakia after Ukraine), I consider such actions a betrayal of the Czech Republic, ”he said.
Gaska also called the head of the United States Donald Trump a liar and a traitor. He noted that he considers the threat to Ukraine by the American president with pure treason.
Previously, Gashka repeatedly and sharply spoke out against the return of Russian athletes to international tournaments. “The officials who will allow this, the country that will accept the competitions will be directed for many lost and mutilated lives,” Czech said in particular.
