He added that mass is determined by the availability of sports facilities and the number of actively involved people. “We can run not only along the prepared highway, we do not need specialized and expensive structures,” Svishchev noted.
Earlier, the Minister of Sports and the head of the Russian Olympic Committee Mikhail Degtyarev called football the most popular sport in the country. “Most of the reports and news of all the main sports media of the country are devoted to football,” he said.
