Experienced striker Lisandro López hit Argentina’s small team Sarmiento for a year. The 38-year-old played at Racing last season and played for Internacional in 2015.

“Licha”, as he is called, made history at Racing, where he was revealed. In Avellaneda’s team, Lisandro played 230 games, scored 78 goals and was champion of the 2019 Argentine Championship.
At Inter, Lisandro played 39 games and scored 10 goals, having been part of the campaign that took Colorado to the semifinals of the 2015 Libertadores.
Sarmiento finished the last Argentine Championship in 24th place.
