Degtyarev presented to Guberniev a certificate of adviser to the Minister of Sports of Russia
The Minister of Sports of Russia and the head of the Olympic Committee of Russia Mikhail Degtyarev presented the journalist Dmitry Guberniev, a certificate of adviser to the Minister of Sports of Russia on a voluntary basis. He reported this in his Telegram channel.
