TASS: commentator Roman Skvortsov was beaten during a street conflict
Commentator Roman Skvortsov, who fell into intensive care in Novosibirsk, was beaten by one of the visitors to the bar in the city center. The circumstances of the journalist of traumatic brain injury became known to TASS, which refers to a source in law enforcement.
According to the interlocutor of the agency, after viewing the recording from video surveillance cameras, it turned out that the conflict of the commentator with two men occurred on the street. “Skvortsov left the bar, two men also left the street from another institution. One of them delivered one blow to Skvortsov, which is why he fell, ”the police noted.
Earlier it became known that a criminal case has been instituted on the fact of the beating of Skvortsov. It was brought up under part 1 of Article 112 (“Intentional causing medium severity of harm to health”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The journalist was hospitalized with a cerebral loss and a hematoma on February 9. It was clarified that Skvortsov did not remember the circumstances of the incident.
