Primoz Roglic (Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe) has claimed victory in the eighth stage of the Vuelta a España. Ben O’Connor (Decathlon-AG2R-La Mondiale) remains in the leadbut Roglic has eaten up 39 seconds.
