State Duma Deputy Svischev Calls on IOC to Learn from Russia on Hosting Tournaments

State Duma deputy Dmitry Svishchev called on the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to learn from Russia how to hold tournaments. His words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

“That is, the IOC should not hate everything that is connected with Russia, and some things that are happening in Russia should be perceived correctly. We need to learn from Russia and attract Russian specialists to cooperation,” Svischev said. In his opinion, the IOC has already begun to copy the details of the Games of the future held in Russia.
