Trainer Rotach suggests men use chains to pump up their pectoral muscles
Fitness trainer Irina Rotach advised men how to pump up powerful pectoral muscles. Her words are quoted by Men Today.
The specialist suggested using chains, wrapping them around the ends of the barbell. “When you press up, these links come off the ground, joining the rest of the weight you’re pressing. When you lower the bar back down, the chain links collect on the floor, and the weight goes down again,” she explained the principle.
Rotach emphasized that the weight should be no more than 60 percent of your one-rep max (including the chain weight). Do three sets of eight reps, then bench press without chains, then move on to other exercises.
Earlier, Rotach listed exercises that will help speed up weight loss. The specialist advised doing squats with swings, push-ups with difficulty and burpees.
