Arraun Lagunak has not given any respite to its rivals and has also taken the Flag of Barbanza de Arousa of the Euskotren League held this Saturday in Galician waters. Once again, the leaders of the classification have been superior at sea and have achieved their seventh victory in the competition, in a round of honour that has been very disputed.
In the first batch they have come out Hibaika, Cabo, Tiran and Hondarribia. Hondarribia took the early lead, followed closely by Cabo, while Tiran and Hibaika fell behind. On the second stretch Hondarribia took advantage to increase her lead and arrived first with a time of 11 minutes and 21 secondsSecond was Cabo at 15 seconds, third Hibaika at 16 -after a good second length that helped her reduce the distance-, and fourth Tiran at 31.
The round of honour has been disputed again Donostiarra, Tolosaldea, Arraun Lagunak and Orio. As in the previous races, Arraun Lagunak has guided the two lengths, but this time its rivals have not been far behind, and have put pressure on the Gipuzkoan trainer. Tolosaldea has been on the verge of giving the surprise, but in the end, Arraun Lagunak has once again taken the victory with a time of 11 minutes. Second has been Tolosaldea (+6), third Orio (+8) and fourth Donostiarra (+12).
Thus, Arraun Lagunak takes home its seventh flag and remains the undisputed leader of the Euskotren League.
