Brazilian striker Endrick will join Real Madrid this July, on the 21st, when he turns 18. The youngster who came through Palmeiras praised the Merengue squad in an interview with the newspaper The Team and projected a winning future in the Spanish team.
“On the pitch, when you have the speed of Mbappé, the dribbling of Vinicius, the talent of Rodrygo, the inspirations of Bellingham, the technique of Modric… it’s the perfect mix. I hope to make history at this club,” he said.
In addition, Endrick also revealed details of his trips to Madrid and showed himself eager to live in the city. The athlete has already played and scored a goal in his new stadium, the Santiago Bernabéu. The boy’s debut at the Merengue stadium took place in March, in the friendly between Brazil and Spain, which ended in a 3-3 draw.
“I’ve been to Madrid twice. I’ve seen the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, met Carlo Ancelotti and seen the faces of my future teammates. I’ve spoken to Camavinga and Tchouaméni and they’re fantastic. Telling myself that I’ll soon be training with them is wonderful. I can’t wait to live in Madrid, experience a new culture and eat jamón,” he said.

The Academy product also praised the quality of French striker Kylian Mbappé, who will also be playing his first season at Real Madrid.
“With his arrival, Real Madrid looks like a video game team. He never leaves my FIFA team, who wouldn’t be happy to have him on their team? I like his speed, his technique, his right foot when he pretends to open his foot but closes it at the last moment,” he said.
Finally, Endrick also showed seriousness when commenting on his football and guaranteed that he will not lose focus during his career.
“I owe it all to this gift that I have received. It was God who gave me this gift. Therefore, I must preserve it and maintain it. I cannot spoil it, I cannot deviate from it. I must do good things to repay him for his generosity.”
Despite his young age, Endrick arrives at Real Madrid with a wealth of experience. With Palmeiras, the athlete won the Campeonato Brasileiro, in which he was one of the competition’s highlights, and the Campeonato Paulista. He has also played ten games for the Brazilian national team, scoring three goals.
