On Sunday, July 14, the 15th stage of the Tour de France 2024which will start in Loudenvielle and end in Plateau de Beille. The tour consists of 197.7 kilometers. The phase will start at 12:05 p.m. and will end at 17:22 hours approximately.
This will be the stage prior to the last rest day of this edition. The cyclists will have to overcome four 1st category climbs and one special category climb where the day will end. The cumulative gradient will be 4,800 metres.
Right from the start, after overcoming the first seven kilometres, the cyclists will face the first climb of the day; Peyresourde 1st category (6.9 km at 7.8%). 32 kilometers later they will come across the port of Menté (9.3 km at 9.1%), also 1st category. Almost always, they will have to overcome the Portet d’Aspet (4.3 km at 9.6%), another 1st category port. After these three initial climbs, the riders will have a moment of respite, with about 52 flat kilometers, before coming across the mountain pass. Agnes (10 km at 8.2%), the last of the 1st categorybut not the last of the day, since the stage will end with the climb to Plateau de Beille (15.8 km at 7.9%), special category.
Stage 15 will once again be one of the key stages for the general classification. The stage will be able to be followed Live on ETB4 and eitb.eus, from 1:45 p.m., and on ETB1, which takes over from ETB4, from 3:00 p.m..
