On Friday, Inter Milan announced the renewal of coach Simone Inzaghi’s contract. The manager extended his contract with the Italian team for two more seasons, until 2026.

With Simone at the helm, Internazionale won the Italian Championship again after three years. In total, the team played 49 games last season, winning 35, drawing ten and losing four. They scored 106 goals and conceded 34.
The 48-year-old coach revealed in a press conference what his biggest challenge will be for the next season.
“The challenge will be to improve our commitment and daily work, the boys did something extraordinary. This year we will have the obligation to improve”, he said.
In addition to the national league, the commander, who joined the team in 2021, was also twice champion of the Italian Cup and lifted the Italian Super Cup trophy on three occasions.
With the renewal, Inzaghi will be able to continue his successful spell at Inter Milan. Before coaching the Nerazzurri, the coach was coach of Lazio, between 2016 and 2021.
