Fitness trainer Yegor Khodyrev named a way to pump up your upper body without going to the gym. His words are quoted by “Championship”.

The expert suggested doing push-ups with weights. “This is an effective way to pump up the chest muscles, anterior deltoids and triceps in a home workout, when there is no access to exercise machines, a barbell and dumbbells,” he explained.

As a weight, Khodyrev advised using a backpack with a load, a weighted vest or a weighted belt. The exercise can also be complicated by the position in space, for example, raising the legs to a high surface above the level of the body.

Earlier, fitness expert Anastasia Yurpalova revealed the rules for successful weight loss without a gym. The specialist advised being active during the day. She also noted that it is necessary to do exercises every day – they can be done with your own weight without additional equipment.
