Thomas Muller’s career with the German national team has come to an end. After the team was eliminated by Spain in the quarter-finals of the European Championship, the striker decided to end his career with Germany, which he represented for 14 years, since 2010. The information is from the journalist Christian Falkfrom the German newspaper Bild.
Thomas Muller himself said after the match against the Spanish that it would probably have been his last game for the national team. After losing Muller and Kroos, Germany is waiting to see if they will still be able to count on goalkeeper Manuel Neuer for the next World Cup.
