Next, place your feet slightly wider than your shoulders and place your forearms on top of each other. Bend over and reach your elbows toward the floor, hold this position for a while.
Then lie on your back, straighten up, put your hands behind your head. Start turning your pelvis to the side so that the rest of your body remains motionless.
The last exercise is a table. Starting position: sitting on the floor, legs bent at the knees, hands in support behind the back. Raise the pelvis so that the body forms one line, and the palms are under the shoulders, and hold this position for a few seconds.
Earlier, neurologist Angelina Shestakova gave advice on relieving tension in the back after a working day. She recommended starting with a walk and supplementing it with a bath with salt.
