In Poland they call coach Paulo Sousa a ‘deserter’ for accepting a proposal from Flamengo of Brazil

The Portuguese Paulo Sousa has his signing for Flamengo, who offered him a two-year contract to regain the throne in South America, but must first close his departure from the Polish team, with which he has a current agreement.

Sousa, 51, had an excellent career as a footballer for teams like Benfica, Juventus, Borussia Dortmund. He won the Champions League twice on the field and as a coach he has already accumulated varied experiences in clubs until he reached the Polish national team this year, where he has led fifteen games with a balance of six wins, five draws and four defeats.

Now the national team will have to look for another coach to defeat Russia and then win in a “final” against Sweden or the Czech Republic for a place in Qatar 2022. AS from Spain.
