Fitness trainer Natalya Gorbunova gave tips on staying in good physical shape while on vacation. Her words are quoted by Sport Express.

The specialist emphasized that a vacation lasting less than one week will not affect physical fitness in any way. “If you plan to take two weeks off, you should consider incorporating daily activity into your daily routine. It could be just evening walks, cycling, running in the morning,” Gorbunova said.

The coach said that if you choose a beach holiday, you should spend more time in the water, swim and do simple exercises. “It’s also important to cut out alcohol. It is absolutely incompatible with physical activity and has a detrimental effect on the condition of the entire body,” Gorbunova said.

Previously, fitness trainer Viktor Mandzyak appreciated the possibility of losing weight without training. According to him, this is possible at any weight.
