The doctor gave advice on relieving back tension after a working day

Neurologist Angelina Shestakova gave advice on relieving tension in the back after a working day. Her words are quoted by Sport Express.

The specialist recommended starting with a walk. “One option is to walk one or two bus or metro stops. This will improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system, bring the muscles to work and, therefore, relax the back,” Shestakova noted.

The doctor also advised me to do flexion and extension. “You need to stand up, bend down straight and slowly so that your hands touch the floor. You can hang in this position for just a few seconds,” Shestakova added.

The doctor named taking a bath with salt as another option for relaxing the back muscles, as well as taking a lying position with your arms and legs stretched out as far as possible in different directions.

In May, fitness trainer Alexander Kalagur spoke about the benefits of cardio exercise in the morning. According to him, such a start to the day helps to spend it successfully and productively.
