Spanish Girona is interested in buying Eduard Spertsyan from Krasnodar
The bronze medalist of the Spanish Championship, Girona, is interested in buying Krasnodar footballer Eduard Spertsyan. This is reported by Metaratings.
Representatives of Girona asked Spertsyan whether he would like to change clubs and whether he was considering moving to the European championship. If the player gives a positive answer, the Spaniards will contact Krasnodar to discuss the transfer of the midfielder.
24-year-old Spertsyan is a graduate of Krasnodar and has been playing for the main team since 2018. In the completed season of the Russian Premier League (RPL), the midfielder played 25 matches in all tournaments and scored 9 goals. Spertsyan’s transfer value, according to the Transfermarkt portal, is 20 million euros.
On June 14, it became known that the goalkeeper of Krasnodar and the Russian national team Matvey Safonov moved to the French PSG. According to insiders, the transaction amount was 20 million euros. Thus, Safonov’s transfer to PSG became a record for the French championship – no club had previously paid so much for a goalkeeper.
