The Canadian Foreign Ministry announced sanctions against Vladislav Tretyak
Canada has imposed sanctions against the President of the Russian Hockey Federation (RFH) Vladislav Tretyak. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Canada.
Changes have been made to the Regulations on Special Economic Measures for Russia. Also on the sanctions list were Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov and head of the Safe Internet League Ekaterina Mizulina.

On June 12, the United States imposed sanctions against Russian Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics Nikita Nagorny. Previously, the athlete, who has been heading the All-Russian children and youth movement “Yunarmiya” since December 2020, was included in Canada’s sanctions list.
