The doctor also spoke about WHO recommendations on the duration of physical activity. “A healthy adult needs at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity per week or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity physical activity,” she added.
Previously, trainers Gulya Zhuravleva and Karina Ryshmanova, specializing in Zumba, named contraindications for practicing this type of fitness. According to experts, Zumba should not be practiced if you have a fever or feel unwell.
