On vacation in Brazil after the end of the season in England, right-back Emerson Royal, from Tottenham, will promote a charity game on June 17th, at the Arena Winners Trimais (Tucurivi, São Paulo), and will feature distinguished football guests and also the Brazilian music scene.
The event, named “The Real Game”, aims to raise donations for Rio Grande do Sul, which has been suffering from heavy rains and floods in the region.
Among the guests, five-time champions Júnior and Vampeta, as well as singers MC Daniel, MC Livinho and MC Hariel. Former player André Santos, who made history at Corinthians, and Rodinei, ex-Flamengo, are also confirmed in the batting.
“I like to get together with my friends when I’m in Brazil and I also saw the need to help the people of Porto Alegre in some way. It’s a game with that purpose and we hope to raise donations to help everyone”, highlighted Emerson Royal.
