Fitness expert Andrew Gonzalez named the most dangerous exercises during training. His words are quoted by Men Today.
First on the list is the American kettlebell swing, which can put undue stress on the shoulders, lower back and neck. The next exercise was called squats in the Smith machine, which deprive a person of an additional advantage because they follow a straight path.
Another exercise Gonzalez chose was the weighted plank, as it can lead to poor form, such as swaying in the lower back. It is also not recommended to perform back squats as they place more stress on the knees, hips and lower back and can cause severe pain and inflammation.
On April 18, fitness trainer Akulina Bakhturina named the most dangerous exercises in the gym. Bakhturina included in the dangerous group those exercises that provoke hypermobility.
