Russian striker Alexander Radulov signed a contract with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl. This was reported on the website of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) club.
The 37-year-old player’s agreement with the new team is for one season, financial terms are not disclosed. According to the Championship, the player will earn 70 million rubles. “We welcome Alexander to Lokomotiv and wish him victories together with our team!” – the message says.
On June 4, Radulov announced his departure from Ak Bars Kazan. He has played for the team since May 2022.
Together with the Kazan team, Radulov reached the final of the Gagarin Cup, where the Kazan team lost to CSKA Moscow. Before that, the forward played in the National Hockey League for the Dallas Stars. He also won the Gagarin Cup in 2011 with the Ufa Salavat Yulaev.
