Olympic champion in ice dancing Tatyana Navka reacted to the death of actress Anastasia Zavorotnyuk. She is quoted by RIA Novosti.
“She was such a beauty, an incredible mother, our star. She was calm,” said Navka. According to the former athlete, Zavorotnyuk did not lose heart and always believed only in the best. She added that everyone close to the actress will miss her greatly.
Anastasia Zavorotnyuk died at the age of 53 after a years-long battle with brain cancer. The My Fair Nanny star was diagnosed in 2019.
On June 1, a farewell to the artist took place at the Pokrovsky Monastery. He was visited by the president’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov and his wife Navka, figure skating coaches Tatyana Tarasova and other celebrities.
