Former world heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson has postponed his fight with blogger Jake Paul due to illness. This was reported on the Most Valuable Promotions page on the X social network.
The company said that doctors recommended Tyson minimal physical activity in the next few weeks, after which he will be able to return to full training. Both sides came to the conclusion that the preparation for the fight would not be equal. It is noted that the new date of the fight will be announced on June 7.
On May 27, Tyson needed medical attention during a flight from Miami to Los Angeles. It was reported that 30 minutes before landing the athlete experienced dizziness due to an exacerbation of the ulcer.
The fight between Paul and Tyson was supposed to take place on June 20. The fight will take place at the A&T Stadium in Arlington, USA.
