Coach Alibaeva advised doing fitball lifts with your legs to work out your abs
Prize-winner of the World Bodybuilding Championship Eleonora Alibaeva recommended the top 4 exercises with a fitball for working out the abs. Her words are quoted by “Championship”.
The first exercise that the trainer recommended was lifting a fitball with your feet while lying on your back. First, raise your legs with the ball clasped as high as possible, and then return your legs down.
Next, the fitness expert suggested doing straight crunches. To do this, you need to lie on your back and place your feet on the ball. “We bend our legs at the knees, raise them as high as possible to the chest, roll the fitball with our feet. We return to the starting position,” Alibaeva described the correct technique.

The trainer also advised me to do two types of dynamic planks. Starting position – straight plank with emphasis on the hands, feet on the fitball. Then either pull your knees towards your chest or lift your pelvis up.
The last exercise from Alibaeva is a light twist. Kneel down and place your hands on the ball, then begin to slowly roll it forward. When muscle tension is maximum, you need to stop and smoothly return to the starting position.
