Goalkeeper Pesyakov, who left Rostov, signed a contract with Krylia Sovetov

Goalkeeper Sergei Pesyakov, who left Rostov, signed a contract with Krylia Sovetov. This was reported on the website of the Samara club.

The duration of the goalkeeper’s contract with the new team has not been reported. His financial conditions, as well as the number under which Pesyakov will play for Krylia Sovetov, are not specified.

“Rostov” announced Pesyakov’s departure on May 26. The 35-year-old goalkeeper decided not to renew his current contract.

The goalkeeper has been playing for the Rostov team since 2017; in the match of the 30th round of the last championship against Zenit, Pesyakov made a mistake that allowed the St. Petersburg player Arthur to score the ball and bring his team the championship title.

Over seven seasons in Rostov, Pesyakov played 182 matches, 50 of which ended in clean sheets. Previously, he also represented Tekstilshchik, Shinnik, Spartak, Tom and Anzhi.
