France’s number 10 leaves the Paris club free of charge, as he chose not to renew his contract.
Asked about Real Madrid, in a post-game interview, Mbappé missed the point and highlighted respect for PSG. The journalist asked the athlete why he hadn’t yet announced that he would join the Spanish team.
“Because I think the best thing at this moment is to say goodbye. The only thing I wanted was to finish well. There will be time now for everything. I will announce my new club when the time comes,” said Mbappé.
