Lokomotiv footballer Glushenkov does not want to move to any European club
Forward of Lokomotiv Moscow and the Russian national team Maxim Glushenkov said that he has no desire to move to any European club for the sake of experience. His words are quoted by Match TV.
The footballer said that he would refuse to move to the outsider of the French championship Le Havre, as his compatriot Daler Kuzyaev did. Glushenkov added that he wants to play for Lokomotiv and fight with the team for high places in the Russian Premier League (RPL). “But again, everything depends on the supply,” he emphasized.
Glushenkov has been playing for Lokomotiv since 2023. Together with the team, he took fourth place in the last RPL season.
Kuzyaev played 33 matches in all competitions for Le Havre this season, scoring three goals and making two assists. He transferred to the French team on July 12, 2023. The agreement with the 31-year-old Russian is for two years.
