Kilian Jornet and Sylvia Nordskar were proclaimed winners of the Zegama-Aizkorri 2024 mountain marathon. The atmosphere was spectacular once again.
In the men’s category Kilian Jornet dominated the test from start to finish. The Catalan was at the head of the race almost from the beginning, did not give in and achieved victory with a time of 3 hours, 38 minutes and 8 seconds. Housine Elazzaoui finished second at 8 minutes and 8 seconds. Bartolomiej Przedwojewski was the third to cross the finish line 8 minutes and 45 seconds from the winner.
In the women’s category Sylvia Nordskar won the victory with a record of 4 hours, 29 minutes and 13 seconds. He Second place went to the Basque Malen Osa who needed 6 minutes and 9 seconds more than the winner. Marta MartÃnez finished third 18 seconds from Osa.
