The score of the duel was opened only in the second half, with 17 minutes. Bonmatí received it in the middle, made a good individual play, invaded the area and sent a cross into the goal. The ball even deflected off the opposing defender before entering.
Looking for a draw, Lyon went all out and came close to scoring on a few occasions. However, Barcelona found the net again in stoppage time.
In the 49th minute, Claudia Pina received the ball on the left and passed it inside the area to Alexia Putellas, who scored well and secured the title for the Spanish club.
