Fitness trainer Yurpalova recommended exercises to correct posture at home
Fitness expert Anastasia Yurpalova named home workout exercises that will help correct your posture. Her words are quoted by Men Today.
Yurpalova advised doing child’s pose: kneel down, lower your pelvis, lie with your stomach on your thighs, stretch your arms forward and feel the stretch in your spine. Stay in this position for 30 seconds.
The expert then recommended doing the “cat” six to eight times. To do this, get on all fours, resting on your straight arms and placing your palms under your shoulders. As you inhale, round your back as much as possible, and as you exhale, bend your back. “Make sure that only the lower back bends and bends, minimize the movements of other muscles,” noted Yurpalova.
The next exercise is long lunges with raised arms and stretching the lower back. The final exercise in the complex is “superman”. To do this, lie on your stomach, pressing your stomach, chest and pelvis to the floor, and then simultaneously lift your legs and arms. “Imagine that you are Superman, standing tall in flight,” Yurpalova explained.
Previously, ballet coach Ksenia Gufranova gave advice for getting a wasp waist. She suggested doing the “hundred” exercise.
