Dani García ends his time at Athletic Club

The midfielder Dani Garcia ends his stage in Athletic Clubin which he has played the last six seasons and has played a total of 194 matches. The one from Zumarraga leaves with two titles under his arm, the Super Cup 2021in which he played the entire tournament, and the Cup against RCD Mallorca.
Dani Garciawho turns 34 tomorrow, Friday, soon took ownership of the Athletic after landing from SD Eibar for the 2018-19 season, in which he already appeared in 32 games. He has only dropped below 30 in two seasons, the last two. Last year he played 29 and in the one that closes this Saturday, 18. Curiously, his only goal has come this season, in a header against the UD Almería in San Mamés to the center of From Marcos.
Athletic Club wishes Zumarraga all the luck in his future professional career, while deeply grateful for his commitment and dedication shown in defending the interests of the entity during all these years.
