Fury linked Usik’s victory on points with the conflict in Ukraine

The judges awarded victory to Ukrainian Oleksandr Usik because there is military action in his country, British boxer Tyson Fury said after his defeat in the title fight. His words are reported by the Daily Mail.

“I think we both put up a good fight – it was the best we could do. And, you know, his country is at war. People take the side of a country that is at war,” he said.
