The Ministry of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case against the Yenisei football players who fought in Krasnoyarsk
The Yenisei football players, who got into a fight with vacationers at the city base, were under threat of prison. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
“Based on the incident, investigators opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional infliction of moderate harm to health.” The maximum penalty under this article provides for up to three years in prison,” the statement says. It is noted that during the investigation, the police will establish all the circumstances of the incident.
Earlier it became known that on May 13, Yenisei football players Vladimir Khozin, Vyacheslav Bardybakhin and Andrei Okladnikov started a brawl with other vacationers. An eyewitness said that the athletes violated the rules of conduct, the Russian Guard could not pacify them, and then a fight broke out. The woman said that later she was offered to hush up the conflict for 250 thousand rubles.
Yenisei also commented on the fight. “We know that there was a conflict, but it is not written as it seems to have happened. The guys were also relaxing with their families after the game, and they were provoked,” said Dmitry Fedoseev, general director of the Krasnoyarsk club.
