Ballet coach Gufranova suggested doing “a hundred” to get a wasp waist
Co-founder of a network of ballet and stretching studios, Ksenia Gufranova, gave advice for getting a wasp waist. She spoke about this in a conversation with Lenta.ru.
Gufranova suggested doing the “hundred” exercise. “You need to lie on your back, raise your legs and bend your knees, extend your arms parallel to your body, tuck your stomach. Now we lift the chest off the floor, twist and begin to spring, holding the body in weight. At the same time, the arms are tense, extended and also springy, as if they want to hit the air about ten times,” the trainer described the correct technique for performing the exercise.
Another effective abdominal exercise that the expert recommended is the pendulum. Starting position – lying down, legs raised perpendicular, hands on the floor at 90 degrees from the body. Then, as you inhale, lower your legs to the side, and as you exhale, return to the center. At the same time, your back should remain pressed to the floor.
Previously, Gufranova explained how to choose between fitness and iron for losing weight by summer. She recommended starting from the state of the body, the specifics of the goal and personal preferences. Gentle fitness is suitable for most, she says.
