Striker Kylian Mbappé announced this Friday, through his social networks, that he will not remain at Paris Saint-Germain for next season. The 25-year-old published a video communicating his decision to the Parisian club’s fans and thanked coaches and teammates he worked with.

“Hello everybody! This is Kylian! I want to talk to you! I always said that I would come and talk to you when I had to and I want to announce to everyone that it is my last year at Paris Saint-Germain. I will not extend my contract and the adventure will end in a few weeks.”, said Mbappé in the video published on his official profile on X.
Mbappé spoke briefly about his time at Paris Saint-Germain. He cited highs and lows, but thanked the people he worked with who helped him become a better man.
“I want to thank all my teammates and all my coaches: Unai Enery, Thomas Tuchel, Mauricio Pochettino, Galtier and Luis Enrique. Directors Leonardo and Luis Campos for always supporting me,” added the player.
Mbappé also revealed that his last game at the Parc des Princes stadium, home of PSG, will be this Sunday against Toulouse, at 4pm (Brasília time). The striker joined the French team in 2017 and has played 306 matches, 255 goals and six Ligue 1 titles.
In the current season, Mbappé has already won the French Championship and is with PSG in the French Cup final, where they will face Lyon. The 25-year-old striker took to the field 46 times and scored 43 goals.
