In addition to the prize, the Premier League will still have some important definitions in the last rounds. Leaders Arsenal, with 83 points, are competing for the title with Manchester City, who have 82, but one game less. Liverpool (3rd) still has a mathematical chance of lifting the trophy, but a victory seems unlikely, due to the five points disadvantage in relation to first place.
Furthermore, Aston Villa and Tottenham are fighting for the last spot in the next Champions League. The team led by Unai Emery is in fourth place, with 67 points. While Spurs occupy fifth place, with 60, however, they have one game less.
Newcastle (6th), Chelsea (7th) and Manchester United (8th) are rooting for Tottenham to stumble to still have a chance of qualifying for the Europa League. Finally, at the bottom of the table, Nottingham Forest (17th), Luton Town (18th) and Burnley (19th) are fighting to escape relegation.
