Russian football coach Alexander Kerzhakov is undergoing an internship in the Spanish Sevilla. He told TASS about this.

According to the specialist, he went to Seville because he has free time. “I agreed on an internship with sports director Victor Orta. The internship involves attending games, training sessions, and communicating with the head coach,” said Kerzhakov.

The Russian added that he was pleased to return to Seville. “The fans found out, oddly enough, although a lot of time has passed, it’s nice. I talked to the president of the club, this is the son of that president when I was a player here. Of course, everyone greeted me warmly,” the coach noted.

Kerzhakov’s last place of work was the Serbian club Spartak (Subbotica), which he left in November last year. When he was a footballer, the Russian played for Sevilla from 2007 to 2008. Together with the team, he won the UEFA Cup, the Spanish Cup and the country’s Super Cup.
