Real Madrid’s dominance in LaLiga, with 87 points in 34 games and 13 points ahead of Girona and 14 over Barcelona, makes him champion on May 4 with still 22 days until the end of the competition.
There is only three precedents in seasons in which he sang the alirón before (1960-61, 1962-63 and 1974-75), with five days left to play.
He Real Madrid leads the history with 36 League conquests, nine more titles than Barcelona, which won 27. Atlético de Madrid is third with eleven.
