Eight players of the Khosa football club (FC) were detained in Moscow for fighting. Baza reports this on its Telegram channel.
The incident occurred on April 28 at the capital’s Trud stadium after an amateur league match. The South-Western Administrative District club defeated Khosu with a crushing score of 12:0, after which one of the members of the losing team began hitting the opponent on the head. Other Khosa players then joined the fray.
One of the victims went to the hospital with a broken eyebrow and a head bruise. The attackers, natives of Tajikistan aged 19 to 33 years, were detained and administrative cases were filed against them under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Petty hooliganism”).
According to the source, the materials were also transferred to the Investigative Committee, which may lead to the initiation of a criminal case. In addition, a protocol was drawn up against two athletes for violating the conditions of migration registration; they face deportation from Russia.
Earlier, Turkish volleyball player of Lokomotiv Kaliningrad Ebrar Karakurt started a fight in one of the nightclubs in Istanbul. While intoxicated, the athlete attacked singer Melsum Erdost during her performance.
