Dyukov considered the joke of Rubin player Bezrukov about Krasnodar’s money unacceptable
President of the Russian Football Union (RFU) Alexander Dyukov appreciated the joke of Rubin player Ruslan Bezrukov, who demanded a bonus from Krasnodar for defeating Zenit in the national championship match. His words are quoted by Sport Express.
According to the head of the RFU, he is not against humor. “There are many areas for jokes. But having a financial influence on the outcome of a match is unacceptable. This must be dealt with. You need to respect the boundaries and not cross them. There are certain topics about which it is better not to joke,” Dyukov said.
Bezrukov spoke out on April 24 after the Kazan team’s away victory over Zenit. Thanks to this result, Krasnodar came within one point of the blue-white-blue leaders in the RPL. “Krasnodar, we are waiting for money on the card,” the footballer said on the Match TV channel.
Bezrukov played 14 matches in the RPL this season. The midfielder has two goals scored.
