The 49-year-old Portuguese commander arrived at the team in 2017. If he fulfills the agreed contract, he will remain at the club for more than a decade.
In charge of Porto, the coach won three Portuguese Championships, three Portuguese Cups, one Portuguese League Cup and three Portuguese Super Cups.
Sérgio Conceição is the coach with the most titles won (ten), matches (374) and victories (270) in the entire history of the Dragons.
In the current season, Porto was eliminated on penalties by Arsenal in the round of 16 of the Champions League and occupies third place in the Portuguese national league. Furthermore, they are qualified for the final of the Portuguese Cup and will face Sporting. The decision will be made on May 26th, at 1:15 pm (Brasília time), at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor.
