After returning from injury and gaining ground again at Liverpool, even scoring a goal in the last game against Fulham, striker Diogo Jota was injured once again. The revelation took place this Tuesday, at a press conference by coach Jurgen Klopp.
“Diogo scored the goal, he felt it a little and now we discovered that it is a little more serious. So he will be out for two weeks”, commented the coach.
“He started the last game and was fine. It’s a small thing, but we’re at the end of the season so obviously now is not a big time for every injury.”
Jürgen Klopp has explained Diogo Jota will be out for around a fortnight after suffering an injury at Fulham last weekend.

In February of this year, the Portuguese athlete had suffered a knee injury. After missing Liverpool in several commitments, he was once again listed in the match against Atalanta, on April 11th.
This season, Diogo Jota has made 21 appearances in the English Championship, finding the net on 10 occasions and distributing three assists.
Without Jota, Liverpool returns to the field this Wednesday, at 4pm (Brasília time), for a classic against Everton, in the 29th round of the English Championship. For this match, the attacking trio of the team led by Klopp should be formed by Luis Díaz, Mohamed Salah and Darwin Núñez.
