According to her, the most common mistake is focusing on the neck. “In this exercise, the emphasis is on the center of the shoulder blades, and the neck should be relaxed. If you strain it, there is a risk of injury. In addition, we should not forget about the abs, they must be tense. It’s also important to keep track of your balance, not to lean on one side,” she explained.

Another mistake Sobol named was the high speed of the exercise. According to her, to achieve results it is better to use different tempos: from medium to slow. “In addition, it is important to fix the pelvis at the top for two to three seconds, and then slowly lower it. This will give you better use of your glutes. You can’t throw your pelvis down, there is a risk of lower back injuries,” the expert noted.
