O Barcelona will display the logo of Colombian singer Karol G on his shirt in the classic against Real Madrid next week, the Spanish club announced this Friday.
As part of the sponsorship deal with the music streaming platform Spotify, Barcelona displayed logos of the rock band Rolling Stones and artists Drake and Rosalía in previous ‘clásicos’, as the Barça-Madrid duel is known.
“This time the chosen artist was Colombian Karol G, the Latin singer with the most reproductions in the last four years on Spotify worldwide”, announced the Catalan club in a statement.

Karol G’s barbed wire heart logo will appear for the first time on the women’s team’s shirt for the F League game against Villarreal this Saturday, before the men’s team displays it against Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu. on April 21st.
Or Real Madrid leads LaLiga with an eight-point advantage over Barcelona, who need to win to close the gap and have a chance of retaining the title.
The Catalans signed their sponsorship agreement with Spotify in March 2022 for four seasons and is valued at 280 million euros (around R$1.53 billion at the current price).
