Vyacheslav Koloskov called Mourinho a suitable coach for Spartak
Honorary President of the RFU Vyacheslav Koloskov named a coach who, in his opinion, suits Spartak Moscow. The words of the functionary are quoted by Sport24.
According to him, the red and white have an attitude towards appointing foreign coaches. “Now there are no Russian specialists ready to lead Spartak, except, perhaps, Cherchesov, who is free from all obligations,” Koloskov noted.
The honorary president added that Spartak would be suitable for the Portuguese Jose Mourinho, who is now free. “Let Spartak persuade him, let him come. He is a good coach,” Koloskov noted.
On April 7, journalist Ivan Karpov reported that the management of Spartak had already decided to fire head coach Guillermo Abascal. It was noted that the Spaniard would leave the club regardless of the result of the derby with Dynamo (2:1).
