Tennis player Alexandrova explained her move to the Czech Republic with a large number of courts
Russia’s second racket Ekaterina Alexandrova explained why she chose the Czech Republic as a place to live. Her words are quoted by Sport Express.
A native of Chelyabinsk clarified that she moved there with her parents at a young age. “A large number of courts, clubs where you can train, and their accessibility is very simple. They decided to try to move there and stay,” said the athlete.
Alexandrova noted that the last time she was in Chelyabinsk was a long time ago. “But, of course, I’d love to. My closest relatives live in Prague, and my whole life, besides tennis tournaments, takes place there,” she added.
29-year-old Alexandrova is ranked 15th in the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) rankings. She won four tournaments under the auspices of the organization in singles.
